Individual Therapy
I work with millennial women and mothers who are working professionals who want to create healthy boundaries and identify unhelpful patterns in the workplace.
Maybe you are struggling to set boundaries, and identify with yourself outside of your work. Perhaps your workplace doesn’t offer the support needed to allow you to do so.
The feeling of burnout, drowning out the noise of our imposter syndrome and managing our perfectionism, and anxious tendencies, can be really disempowering and challenging.
You are not alone. Many of us face these same challenges every day.
We also live in a society that counteracts self-care and work-life balance.
We will work together to help you identify unhelpful patterns and navigate unhealthy boundaries and systems in the workplace to create a healthy work-life balance.
During our weekly sessions, we’ll use a systems-based and trauma-informed approach and look at the systems and parts of your life that are causing you difficulty in accessing your authentic self. This may include working on setting boundaries, healthy communication to feel seen and heard, and building an empowered sense of self by taking a closer look and gaining a better understanding of your thoughts and behaviors.
